Hello guys and girl's



Today I'm going to be showing 3 fun facts about New Zealand. This Is for my Summer Learning Journey, this Is my first week of the Summer Learning Journey. The first Activity is called the Legend of New Zealand.
Here are my three fun facts.

    My name is Hazel and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey team this year. I am so glad that you have decided to join us as we learn all about the world around us.

    I enjoyed reading your facts about Aotearoa. I did not know that our country used to be part of New South Wales in Australia! One of my favourite facts about New Zealand is that we have three official languages: Te Reo Maori, NZ Sign Language, and English. Although three might seem like a lot, it's not as many as Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe has 16 official languages! WOW!

    Keep up the awesome work, and I look forward to reading more of your posts over the next few weeks.
