Art Project

Hello everyone, today I am going to be talking about an art project we have been doing for the past 2-3 weeks. My class and I has been working some art. We have been doing art about flowers and basically nature things. We got given an mini photo to copy off and paint after we drew it. This was a pretty fun art project to do and I would do it again. Here is a photo of my art project.

Thank you for reading my blog post. I hope you liked my painting, it was a bit of colour but I still think it was pretty good. Again thank you for reading my blog post. Have a good day or night goodbye!

School At Level 2

Hello everyone, today I am going to be talking about school in level 2. School in level 2 is quite different to normal school due to drinking fountains being shut. No Kahui meetings, no Friday sports and no sports in general. Since I've been back from level 3 and 4 my friends and I have been playing 3 second held. My friend Jacob has the ball for it. Yesterday, Luke hurt himself because Jacob kneed him on accident. He is feeling a little bit better today, but it still hurts. Basically for Interval and Lunch that is what we play because it is really fun.

Thank you for reading my blog post, sorry it was a short one but I just wanted to catch you up about what I have been doing in Level 2 school. Again thank you for reading and have a good day or night goodbye!

The Empty Pot

Hello everyone, today I am going to be telling you about a story and the work we did about the story. The first thing we had to do was write a sentence of the questions we got asked. After we did that we had to write a word-find about the story. Now I will be telling you about the story.

The empty pot is a story about a boy trying to become an empire. The empire was getting old and he had to pass the empire place to someone else. The empire gave out fake seeds to everyone to see who lied. They had an whole year to try and grow the fake plant. After the year everyone came with grown plants. Ping was very disappointed because he had no plant in his pot and everyone else did. When the empire was looking around to see everyone plants he was disappointed that everyone lied and bring there own plant. Then he saw Ping without a seed. He pointed at Ping and asked him "why are you here with no plant?" Ping said "my seed didn't grow but I promise I tried my very best.". The empire wrapped his arm around Ping's shoulder and said to everyone "I now announce a new Empire.". Ping was confused but very happy.

Here is a photo of the cover.

That is a basic summary of the story. This was a cool story and I'd recommend it. Thank you for reading my blog post have a good day or night goodbye!

My Lock Down 2021

Hello everyone, today I am going to be telling you about how my lock down has gone so far. As most of you would know New Zealand got into lock down on the 17th of August, Tuesday. For our work in Miss Alpers class, we had to do a scavenger hunt and how our lock down is going. Today I will just be telling you about how my lock down is going. Here is what I write about it.

This lockdown has been pretty boring. There’s not much to do and nothing is really open to do either. But I do enjoy the homemade food we make at home, for some reason we are making even fancier food than normal. I have been keeping up with Covid to see what has been happening lately and I think Jacinda Ardern is doing amazing.  Personally, lockdown isn’t the worst but I wouldn’t want to be stuck in it again.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post. How is your lock down going (if your in it)? Thank you for reading my blog post and I will hopefully see you on my next one. Bye!

New Zealand Olympic Athletes

Hello everyone, today I am going to be talking about New Zealand Olympic Athletes. We had to pick 5 New Zealand Athletes to write about, we had to write what sport they did, their age, where in New Zealand do they live, how many Olympic games have they attended and have they won a medal. Now I will show you my slide show about the five.

Thank you for reading my blog post. Have a good day or night and I'll hopefully see you on my next blog post, bye.

Van Gogh's Impasto Technique (Art)

Hello everyone, today I am going to be telling you about Van Gogh's Impasto Technique. Van Gogh is one of the first founders/users of the Impasto technique. We have been learning a little bit about him today for Art. We had to answer 1 question about him in our document and 2 about the Impasto Technique. Now I will show you the questions we had to answer.

Now I will show you a picture of 1 of Van Gogh's pictures.

Thank you for reading my blog post. Have a good day or night goodbye.
