Activity 2

Hello readers, today I'm going to be doing my Winter Learning Journey again. Winter learning journey is about creatures. This Activity is, would you rather have fur soft like a Chinchilla or spikes like a Porcupine.

Here are pictures of what the two animals look like

Porcupine

Chinchilla

I would like to have spikes like a Porcupine instead of fur like a Chinchilla, because if you had fur like a Chinchilla people would touch you all the time. If you were a Porcupine people would be scared to touch you and you can play tag easily.

I hope you enjoyed Activity 2 for the Winter Learning Journey and comment below who you would be. Have a good day bye!

  1. Hey Lennox,
I really like your answer to would you rather! I hadn't even thought about how much easier it would be to play tag with quills! I think you have some really great reasons here. I also like that you explained what the task was about.
If you had to make up a would you rather question, what would you ask?

  2. Hello Lennox,
Its Venice. It is great you have been doing the activities on the creatures. It's funny how you talked about play tag being a porcupine. I would rather be a chinchilla though because it has soft fur. Soft fur can also help you warm during winter. Did you know that people make coats with chinchilla fur? That is all. Keep up the great work.

    1. Hello Lennox,
      It's Tory here.
It's wonderful that you have done some activities for the Winter Learning Journey. It is also better to be a porcupine than a chinchilla because you can defend and protect your self with the quills . Did you know that people can use the quills from the porcupine to make stuff like necklaces, artwork's and house stuff?
